Account details you give us when you sign up, the WhatsApp Business account details Meta shares with us when you connect your number, and the messages exchanged through your connected number so your team can read and reply to them.

How we use it

Only to run the service: delivering and displaying your conversations, supporting your team, and keeping the platform secure. We do not sell your data or your customers’ data.

Meta and WhatsApp

Messages are sent and received through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and are also subject to Meta’s own terms and privacy policy.
